WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Due to FedEx and UPS shipping constraints, we’re facing extended shipping timelines on many items of up to 14-18 business days. In some cases, there will be a delay from when your shipping label is created, and when FedEx actually picks up the item from our warehouse. Additionally, some items are subject to further processing lead times, so please refer to the individual product pages for the most up-to-date information. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Furniture and made to order items will have longer processing and shipping times. Please refer to the individual product pages for more details. When your order does ship we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folders if you are unable to find this email. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order has shipped

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (online orders only).
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
All applicable taxes will be applied to orders within New York State. You are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes, if any, applicable to merchandise shipped to locations outside New York State.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations for all in-stock items must be made before the item has been shipped. All other items may be canceled within 2 calendar days of the confirmation of the order.
Cancellations or returns made within 48 hours from order placement will be credited in the original form of payment, less applicable restocking, delivery, and pick up fees "Final Sale" and items ordered from our "Online Clearance" store are final sales and cannot be returned.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
Our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving our facility, however, if your product arrives damaged, either apparent or concealed, then a claim must be made with the postal carrier immediately.
If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. We must be notified of your damages within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not hold off on inspecting your item (i.e. waiting upon project completion or residential move).
Concealed Damage: When damage is not apparent until the product is unpacked, then a claim for concealed damages must be made immediately. Retain all packing materials and notify the carrier immediately that you wish to have an inspection report.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible items can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.
All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. If your item was sent via freight or white glove as indicated by an oversized or white glove charge, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return.
I JUST RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER, BUT IT’S NOT WORKING.
Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update. We often send tracking when the label is created so it sometimes needs time to leave the warehouse. If your order ships white glove, but you received a FedEx tracking number link, you can track your order with our third-party carrier using the tracking number provided.
